Over the past 17 weeks we have had a blast watching them grow! I never knew having "fresh eggs" would be this much fun! Now we have 2 active girls laying an egg a day and 6 more ready to start laying at anytime. I LOVE the taste of fresh eggs in our foods. Plus the girls are fed a non-medicated diet and free range during the day.. So I know these eggs couldn't get any better!!!<br />

<strong><span style="font-size: large;"></span></strong><br />
</div>*NOTE* White or Light colored Sweet Potatoes are more dry and not as tasty as the deeper orange colored sweet potatoes. <br />
<br />
Wash and poke holes in sweet potato with fork then wrap sweet potatoes in tin foil - do not peel for baking/microwaving.<br />
<br />
<div align="center"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/S0eEspEnZII/AAAAAAAABWM/218ZdnJ9fNk/s1600-h/100_3558.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" ps="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/S0eEspEnZII/AAAAAAAABWM/218ZdnJ9fNk/s320/100_3558.jpg" /></a></div><br />
Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for 30-60 minutes or until soft<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-drYRemRLwkQ/TW_2P-Hb2gI/AAAAAAAAFv4/sG_kf5c1TXk/s1600/100_8682.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" l6="true" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-drYRemRLwkQ/TW_2P-Hb2gI/AAAAAAAAFv4/sG_kf5c1TXk/s1600/100_8682.JPG" /></a></div><br />
Mix melted Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, and Grahams together! <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-B8c653fPFeY/TW_2RcLgpHI/AAAAAAAAFwA/vISsE5oi-X0/s1600/100_8684.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="255" l6="true" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-B8c653fPFeY/TW_2RcLgpHI/AAAAAAAAFwA/vISsE5oi-X0/s320/100_8684.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-MjhVHzPwCnQ/TW_2Si4dWyI/AAAAAAAAFwE/M72bia6AV8U/s1600/100_8685.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" l6="true" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-MjhVHzPwCnQ/TW_2Si4dWyI/AAAAAAAAFwE/M72bia6AV8U/s1600/100_8685.JPG" /></a></div><br />
Roll your peanut butter into balls & place on wax paper. Place in freezer for 5 minutes to start the "setting" process!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-E3wE4rfZsMM/TW_2TG3BJlI/AAAAAAAAFwI/qpIGxil86tQ/s1600/100_8686.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" l6="true" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-E3wE4rfZsMM/TW_2TG3BJlI/AAAAAAAAFwI/qpIGxil86tQ/s1600/100_8686.JPG" /></a></div><br />
Melt a small cup of your chocolate & dip your sticks into the chocolate then into your balls! Place back in freezer for at least 30 minutes to set!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-5zvLnMErJ1M/TW_2TmIAN7I/AAAAAAAAFwM/w0A24QdZZ8c/s1600/100_8687.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" l6="true" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-5zvLnMErJ1M/TW_2TmIAN7I/AAAAAAAAFwM/w0A24QdZZ8c/s1600/100_8687.JPG" /></a></div><br />

Melt the rest of your chocolates in a double boiler and dip your pops into. Slowly shake excess chocolate off and place into Styrofoam to harden! Add Sprinkles & sit in the frig until chocolate is hard! Serve or wrap fr a great gift!<br />

I have never made it from scratch (just bought the ones made at the store), so this was an adventure. Well it turned out great and now is one of our favorites! My boys were licking the sauce pan..HAHA<br />
<br />
<strong><em>You Will Need... </em></strong><br />
- 3to4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast<br />
- Flour<br />
- 1 TSP Paprika<br />
- 6 TSP Butter<br />
- Ham<br />
- Swiss Cheese Slices<br />
- 1/2 Water<br />
- 1 Chicken Bullion Cube<br />
- 1 Small Carton of Whipping Cream<br />
- Tooth Picks<br />
<br />
Take your Chicken Breast and place in wax paper, smack it until its flat! HA I used the side of a small hammer! My kids got a kick out of it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZUBH5CiKa2o/TVq4ugOLKRI/AAAAAAAAFuc/a6sThFrGdB8/s1600/IMG_8792.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZUBH5CiKa2o/TVq4ugOLKRI/AAAAAAAAFuc/a6sThFrGdB8/s1600/IMG_8792.JPG" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wQ09w2L3j9I/TVq4woUqZ6I/AAAAAAAAFug/n88vcK0AkSg/s1600/IMG_8793.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="279" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wQ09w2L3j9I/TVq4woUqZ6I/AAAAAAAAFug/n88vcK0AkSg/s320/IMG_8793.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div>Place a couple thin sliced ham and Swiss in the middle of the Chicken. Roll up and secure with about 3 toothpicks! Combine about 1/2 cup flour and Paprika on a plate and lightly dredge your Chicken coating all sides! I held my chicken and rubbed the flour mixture over it with my hands!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hjCLJyQF_wM/TVq4ybgU1jI/AAAAAAAAFuk/3G1n-BJN8eg/s1600/IMG_8794.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="213" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hjCLJyQF_wM/TVq4ybgU1jI/AAAAAAAAFuk/3G1n-BJN8eg/s320/IMG_8794.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-LTAuDeAJc3Y/TVq40Esk0SI/AAAAAAAAFuo/ObwEbBfjHgA/s1600/IMG_8795.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="213" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-LTAuDeAJc3Y/TVq40Esk0SI/AAAAAAAAFuo/ObwEbBfjHgA/s320/IMG_8795.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4OdJIdvyjZo/TVq41IFWgpI/AAAAAAAAFus/ywHyYMUAK8o/s1600/IMG_8796.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="213" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4OdJIdvyjZo/TVq41IFWgpI/AAAAAAAAFus/ywHyYMUAK8o/s320/IMG_8796.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Place 4 TBSP of Butter in skillet and warm over medium high heat. Place Chicken in the skillet and brown on all sides!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-s5jiJkNzxrw/TVq42edGY1I/AAAAAAAAFu0/DJ_uDYEU6no/s1600/IMG_8797.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="255" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-s5jiJkNzxrw/TVq42edGY1I/AAAAAAAAFu0/DJ_uDYEU6no/s320/IMG_8797.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Remove and place on a plate. I washed my skillet here b/c I don't like the "burnt" taste of the butter, this is an optional step! Place skillet back over heat and add your remaining 2 TBS of Butter. Place Chicken and water/Bullion mixture in pot. Bring to a good simmer and cover for 20 to 30 minutes!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-BkpQCja07v4/TVq434yRzrI/AAAAAAAAFu4/TQs6_hsrRYA/s1600/IMG_8803.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="252" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-BkpQCja07v4/TVq434yRzrI/AAAAAAAAFu4/TQs6_hsrRYA/s320/IMG_8803.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Efx6AW_lAaQ/TVq45y1-iBI/AAAAAAAAFu8/zWAuX0BpzGs/s1600/IMG_8804.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="259" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Efx6AW_lAaQ/TVq45y1-iBI/AAAAAAAAFu8/zWAuX0BpzGs/s320/IMG_8804.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Now take about a TBS of "softened" butter and 1 TBS of flour and mix well. Remove Chicken and add butter mixture to skillet. Pour in cream and stir until thick! Place Chicken on your plate and pour Cream Sauce over it!!! ENJOY<br />

I started off using breastmilk, but found plain old water was easier. They say babies under 6 months should not have juice, but if you want you can use juice to thin =)</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"> </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">-- I found these cool freezer bags by ziploc. They come with a battery operated sucker thing. It cost about $8 at walmart and you can buy as many bags as you want. This way I can open and grab some out, suck the air back out, and cut down on the freezer "ice crystals"... =)</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div>**NOTE** I did 2 fairly good size squash and I got 5 ice cube trays full! Also I paid .84 cents per pound, figure I made that much food for under $4!!!!<br />

<br />
First off I wanted to say these tasted AWESOME!! :)<br />
<br />
<strong><em>You Will Need...</em></strong><br />
- 1 Cake Mix (baked into a cake & cooled)<br />
- 1 Jar of Frosting<br />
- Melted Chocolate Chips<br />
- Good sense of humor<br />
<br />
*NOTE* Do not get the morsels as I did. They do not melt right & that is why my "pops" turned into truffles...HAHA Get the chips in the baking section or the milk chocolate bark!!!<br />
<br />
Take your cake and crumble into a bowl..<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TU9VQDnhsbI/AAAAAAAAFo8/ypBiXXlVnHU/s1600/IMG_8694.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="213" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TU9VQDnhsbI/AAAAAAAAFo8/ypBiXXlVnHU/s320/IMG_8694.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Add in your frosting & stir...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TU9WV4KlRYI/AAAAAAAAFps/78x7pwAOFyA/s1600/IMG_8695.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="213" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TU9WV4KlRYI/AAAAAAAAFps/78x7pwAOFyA/s320/IMG_8695.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Form the "sticky" mixture into round balls...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TU9Vbx6nV-I/AAAAAAAAFpE/RbNYGu33Jlk/s1600/IMG_8696.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="213" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TU9Vbx6nV-I/AAAAAAAAFpE/RbNYGu33Jlk/s320/IMG_8696.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />

I had read several different recipes for caramel apple pork dishes and was wanting to try something new, and let me just say we were all wanting to lick the bowl clean!! So GOOD!!<br />
<br />
<strong><em>You Will Need...</em></strong><br />
- 4 Thick Pork Chops<br />
- 3 TSP of Canola Oil<br />
- 4 TBS of Brown Sugar<br />
- 1 TBS White Sugar<br />
- 4 TBS of Butter<br />
- 1/2 TSP of Cinnamon<br />
- 2 Granny Smith Apples (peeled & sliced)<br />
- Aluminum Foil<br />
- Salt & Pepper<br />
<br />
*Heat oven to 350 degrees* <br />
<br />
Add oil & Pork Chops to skillet and cook on medium high heat until brown on each side (About 6-8 minutes on each side!) *Salt & Pepper each side*<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTnEHmXw-HI/AAAAAAAAFkI/_0q1qnxwnDY/s1600/100_8469.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="296" s5="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTnEHmXw-HI/AAAAAAAAFkI/_0q1qnxwnDY/s320/100_8469.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTnEIzd4Y2I/AAAAAAAAFkM/5MM3mdkx6RQ/s1600/100_8470.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="293" s5="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTnEIzd4Y2I/AAAAAAAAFkM/5MM3mdkx6RQ/s320/100_8470.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Transfer to pan with 2 TBS of butter and cover with foil. Place in oven to cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until chops are cooked completely through out..<br />
<br />
Meanwhile in another skillet or sauce pan add your remaining 2 TBSP of butter, sugars, and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat and stir until melted and mixed. Add your apples and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender.. (About 15 minutes)..<br />

I have cooked Chicken and Dumplings in the past on the stove, but never in the Crock-Pot.. I must say it was good, not one of MY favorites, but my youngest son and husband LOVED it! Hubby even took the leftovers for lunch today. :)<br />
<br />
I snagged this recipe off of <a href="http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Chicken-and-Dumplings/Detail.aspx">All Recipes</a>, but tweaked it and added some things to kinda curve it to our taste! That's what I love about cooking, you can always make it your own!!!<br />
<br />
<strong>You Will Need...</strong><br />
- Chicken Breast or Pieces (I used a pack of Chicken Tenders)<br />
- 2 TBS of Butter<br />
- 2 Cans of Cream of Chicken<br />
- Water<br />
- 1 Sweet Onion<br />
- 1 Large Can of Biscuits (8 or 10 count)<br />
- Pepper<br />
<em><br />
</em><br />
<em>*TIP* I found this Dish to be alittle on the Salty side (due to Cream of Chicken Soup) so use water & not broth and just pepper for seasoning and not salt!!</em><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcL51rrhDI/AAAAAAAAFj4/n-louPD3j4s/s1600/IMG_8446.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" n4="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcL51rrhDI/AAAAAAAAFj4/n-louPD3j4s/s320/IMG_8446.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
Add Your Butter, Cream of Chicken, and Onion to your Crock-Pot and stir until mixed. Add in your Chicken and season with Pepper. Add some water to dilute and cover chicken (About 1/2 a cup)... Your Crock Pot should look something like this....<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcL2ZxlsjI/AAAAAAAAFj0/DK8flEnKtrA/s1600/IMG_8447.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" n4="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcL2ZxlsjI/AAAAAAAAFj0/DK8flEnKtrA/s320/IMG_8447.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Set your Crock-Pot to HIGH & cook for 6 Hours....<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcMDqnAFKI/AAAAAAAAFj8/SbyBqnElwLI/s1600/IMG_8450.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="260" n4="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcMDqnAFKI/AAAAAAAAFj8/SbyBqnElwLI/s320/IMG_8450.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
About 45 minutes before eating time take your biscuits and cut them in half. With the palm of your hand flatten the biscuits out. (I did this to help speed cooking).. Add to your Crock-Pot and continue cooking on HIGH...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcMZNhNTBI/AAAAAAAAFkA/TJ2aU-mNpkA/s1600/100_8452.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="245" n4="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTcMZNhNTBI/AAAAAAAAFkA/TJ2aU-mNpkA/s320/100_8452.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
While the biscuits are cooking you can fix your sides if you like. We had Carrots, Green Beans, and yummy Mashed Potatoes with it!!!<br />
<br />

My Mother-in-law , Carol, actually passed this one down to me! Its a must try and you will be surprised how fast it will disappear. Make it for a fun yummy breakfast, afternoon snack, or even a main dish!!!<br />
<br />
You Will Need...<br />
- (1) 8oz Pack of Cream Cheese<br />
- (2) Packs of Crescent Rolls (8 count)<br />
- (1) Pack of Sausage (I use Mild)<br />
- Cooking Spray<br />
<br />
Place Sausage into your skillet and cook until brown. Drain off all extra fat & oil when done!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTScpVubwUI/AAAAAAAAFjM/uPeekQrPqug/s1600/IMG_5474.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" n4="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTScpVubwUI/AAAAAAAAFjM/uPeekQrPqug/s320/IMG_5474.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Meanwhile take one can of Crescent Rolls and lay them out flat on a sprayed cookie sheet or baking pan. I use foil on mine for easy removal (just spray the foil with your cooking spray). Pinch sides and ends together so no holes or gaps are visable.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTSc-1AQcfI/AAAAAAAAFjQ/1Uzd7tU36PQ/s1600/IMG_5479.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" n4="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTSc-1AQcfI/AAAAAAAAFjQ/1Uzd7tU36PQ/s320/IMG_5479.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div>Now spoon sausage over Crescent rolls and spread out evenly. Slice Cream Cheese into thin slices and place evenly over sausage.. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTSdXmSOiBI/AAAAAAAAFjU/kTP-Igeri-E/s1600/IMG_5480.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" n4="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTSdXmSOiBI/AAAAAAAAFjU/kTP-Igeri-E/s320/IMG_5480.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div>Place Second can of Crescent Rolls over the top pinching all sides and top to seal any holes or gaps!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTSdh2l1oUI/AAAAAAAAFjY/XNnXrXXK4vg/s1600/IMG_5481.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" n4="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bh8SRd_pnro/TTSdh2l1oUI/AAAAAAAAFjY/XNnXrXXK4vg/s320/IMG_5481.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div>Place In 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on stove cooking time may be longer or shorter) or until top is golden brown. Cut and serve to hungry kiddos & hubby. :)<br />
