Caramel Apple Pork Chops

This was another "new" recipe for us! I had read several different recipes for caramel apple pork dishes and was wanting to try something new, and let me just say we were all wanting to lick the bowl clean!! So GOOD!!

You Will Need...
-  4 Thick Pork Chops
-  3 TSP of Canola Oil
- 4 TBS of Brown Sugar
- 1 TBS White Sugar
- 4 TBS of Butter
- 1/2 TSP of Cinnamon
- 2 Granny Smith Apples (peeled & sliced)
- Aluminum Foil
- Salt & Pepper

*Heat oven to 350 degrees*

Add oil & Pork Chops to skillet and cook on medium high heat until brown on each side (About 6-8 minutes on each side!) *Salt & Pepper each side*

Transfer to pan with 2 TBS of butter and cover with foil. Place in oven to cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until chops are cooked completely through out..

Meanwhile in another skillet or sauce pan add your remaining 2 TBSP of butter, sugars, and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat and stir until melted and mixed. Add your apples and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender.. (About 15 minutes)..

After pork chops are done place them on your plate and top with caramel apples & sauce. We ate Mashed Potatoes, Mac-n-Cheese, and corn and they were SOOOO good.. A Must Try!!!

*THIS MEAL FEEDS MY PARTY OF 5*
