Yummy Shrimp Alfredo w/ Salad & Bread

We love seafood around this house, so Shrimp Alfredo is one of our favorites. I actually make it several different ways, and here is one way!

You Will Need...
- 1/2lb of Large Shrimp (I cut mine into bite size pieces)
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1/2 Cup of Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1 Bell Pepper (Any Color - diced)
- 1 Can of Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1 Jar of Your Favorite Alfredo Sauce
- Penne Rigata Pasta
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

Go Ahead & Boil your water (add some salt to boiling water) and add Pene Rigata Pasta & follow box cooking directions...

In a Pan or Skillet add Butter and Onion and cook on medium high until it starts to caramelize (Starts to brown)..


Then add in your Bell Pepper and cook for another 3 minutes! Then add in your Garlic & Mushrooms. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes or until Bell Pepper is tender!


Add in your Shrimp and cook until Shrimp is PINK (about 3-5 minutes).. Your pot should look like this...


Pour in your Alfredo Sauce and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes! (stir a couple times)..

Place cooked and drained Pasta into a boil then mix in your Alfredo mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve! We love this pasta with yummy Salad and Crescent Rolls!!
