Baked Beef Chimichangas

These were AWESOME.. My husband and kiddos loved that you could hold them and eat them. My oldest son said they were better than Taco Bell..lol

You Will Need...
 - Package of Ground Beef
 - 1 Medium Onion
 - 2 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
 - 8 Flour Tortillas
 - Shredded Cheese of your choice
 - Salsa
 - Chili Seasoning (about 1/2 the packet)

Take your ground beef and cook in skillet with onions and garlic until brown. Add in chili seasoning and mix well! Drain liquid from the meat!

Take you tortillas and add a spoonful of meat and cheese. Fold ends together and roll into an enclosed "chimichanga".. Place in a greased baking pan!

Place in a 400 degree oven until they start to brown on top. Then add a spoonful of salsa and a little shredded cheese to the top. Place back in the oven and cook until cheese is melted (about 2-3 minutes)... ENJOY!
