You Will Need...
- Boneless Pork Roast
- 4-5 Potatoes (Cut into big pieces)
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion
- 3 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Maple Syrup
- 3 TBS Yellow Mustard
- 3 TBS Soy Sauce
- 3 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
Heat Oven to 400 degrees. Take your roast a place into roasting pan. I cut mine up into 3 pieces b/c it was super thick!
Add in you potatoes, onion, and garlic.
In a separate bowl mix your maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, and pepper together. Then pour over roast and potatoes.
Cover and cook for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes until roast is done (160 F on inside).. Plate and serve - So YUMMY!!!
