Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescent Dish

My kiddos and husband LOVE this recipe, but I can't take full credit for it. My Mother-in-law , Carol, actually passed this one down to me! Its a must try and you will be surprised how fast it will disappear. Make it for a fun yummy breakfast, afternoon snack, or even a main dish!!!

You Will Need...
 - (1) 8oz Pack of Cream Cheese
 - (2) Packs of Crescent Rolls (8 count)
 - (1) Pack of Sausage (I use Mild)
 - Cooking Spray

Place Sausage into your skillet and cook until brown. Drain off all extra fat & oil when done!

Meanwhile take one can of Crescent Rolls and lay them out flat on a sprayed cookie sheet or baking pan. I use foil on mine for easy removal (just spray the foil with your cooking spray). Pinch sides and ends together so no holes or gaps are visable.

Now spoon sausage over Crescent rolls and spread out evenly. Slice Cream Cheese into thin slices and place evenly over sausage..

Place Second can of Crescent Rolls over the top pinching all sides and top to seal any holes or gaps!

Place In 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on stove cooking time may be longer or shorter) or until top is golden brown. Cut and serve to hungry kiddos & hubby. :)

**THIS MEAL FEEDS MY PARTY OF 5**

Yum! As a gal with a "meat-tooth" rather than a "sweet tooth", this savory sausage and crescent roll dish sounds divine! Thank you so much for sharing it at "A Little Birdie Told Me" at Rook No. 17!

This sounds SO yummy. I found your blog thru a linking party. I can not wait to try this. All the recipes you have sound good actually. I regularly make the chicken and dumplings recipe you have posted. LOL. We must have the same taste buds. Thanks for sharing your recipes.
